The service was strong: an experienced specialist, a laboratory guided approach and consultations delivered 100% online. The challenge was earning the trust of parents in a new region, in two languages, under strict advertising rules.

The starting point

A trusted service, new to the Gulf

The client had built its reputation with families in the United States and wanted to help parents across the GCC. That meant a different audience, a different language, different search habits, and healthcare advertising rules that leave no room for bold promises. Early Google Ads were spending, but the searches they matched did not reflect what Gulf parents were actually looking for, and tracking could not show which campaigns brought real enquiries.

Before

  • Ads matching the wrong search intent
  • Unclear conversion tracking
  • No Arabic content for parents
  • Homepage traffic, not a booking page
  • Messaging not built for GCC rules

After

  • Audited, restructured Google Ads
  • Meta campaigns bringing daily leads
  • English and Arabic content cluster
  • A booking focused landing page
  • A compliant messaging framework
The approach

Trust first, then reach, then conversion

Parents researching autism support are careful, and rightly so. Every part of the plan was designed to earn trust before asking for a booking.

1

Audit and rebuild Google Ads

We audited the GCC campaigns line by line: keyword intent, bidding strategy, conversion tracking and landing pages. We rebuilt negative keyword lists, refocused on searches parents actually use, and set up campaigns for Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar in English and Arabic.

2

Create a compliant messaging framework

Healthcare advertising in the Gulf is tightly regulated. We built every ad and page around clear, careful language, such as online consultation, laboratory guided support and a free discovery call, with no guarantees and no exaggerated claims.

3

Build a landing page made for booking

Instead of sending paid traffic to a general homepage, we built a dedicated landing page with the specialist's credentials, an authority bar, real family stories shared with consent, and one clear path to book.

4

Scale what works on Meta

Facebook and Instagram reached parents earlier in their journey. We tested audiences and formats, cut the ad sets that did not perform, and moved budget to the winners. Lead form campaigns became the most efficient source of enquiries.

5

Publish expert content in English and Arabic

We planned a pillar and cluster content strategy around the specialist's real expertise, starting with a flagship topic and its supporting articles, written in English and native Arabic. The goal: be the trusted answer on Google and in AI search when parents research.

6

Improve how enquiries are answered

A lead only matters if it becomes a conversation. We reworked WhatsApp replies to be Arabic first, warm and fast, building rapport before sharing a booking link.

In a single month, Meta campaigns brought 233 enquiries from parents across the region, with the best performing campaign delivering leads at around $2.50 each. Over six months, the website earned 225,000 impressions in Google search with an average position of 10.3, giving the service a visible, trusted presence for families researching support.

What we learned

Winning enquiries is only half of international growth. Gulf parents respond best to a fast reply, in Arabic, from a number they recognise as local. For any healthcare brand entering the GCC, a local contact number and a dedicated Arabic speaking team are as important as the ads themselves.

Meta figures are from the ad account for one month (September 2026); organic figures are from Google Search Console for six months. Costs are converted from the account currency and rounded. Figures reflect marketing enquiries and search visibility, not patient outcomes. Results vary by service, market and conditions.
